Masindi Nethavhani is the Managing Director of MN Consulting. He is a registered Psychologist and Psychometrist in good standing with the HPCSA, PsySSA, and PATISA. With over 16 years of management consulting experience, he specializes in Human Resources planning, organizational development, and talent management across both public and private sectors.
His extensive expertise includes designing competency-based assessments, leadership modelling, and skills audits. Masindi has led large-scale projects for major entities including Vodacom, Barclays Africa, and various Government Departments, ensuring the strategic alignment of human capital.
