1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MN Psychological Consulting website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
- Consulting vs. Clinical: We provide both business consulting (OD, Strategy) and clinical/educational psychological services.
- No Emergency Service: Our website and booking system are not intended for medical emergencies.
- Professional Standards: All psychological services are rendered in accordance with the ethical rules of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
- Fees: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or “no-shows,” will be billed at the full consultation rate. This fee is generally not covered by medical aid.
4. Fees and Payment
- Private Rates: Unless confirmed otherwise, services are charged at our standard private rates.
- Medical Aid: We may claim from medical aid on your behalf for applicable services; however, the client remains ultimately responsible for the account should the medical aid reject payment.
- Corporate Projects: A deposit of 50% is required for large-scale corporate interventions prior to commencement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of MN Psychological Consulting and is protected by South African copyright laws. You may not reproduce this content without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, MN Psychological Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
